Tealogy — one of India's fastest-growing kulhad chai franchises — came to us with a real problem. Their Facebook and Instagram ads were running, money was being spent, but good franchise leads just weren't coming in.

We rebuilt their whole Meta advertising setup from scratch and paired it with an SEO push. One clear goal: get serious franchise inquiries from people who are actually ready to invest, not just random form fills.

Ads Were Running. Results Weren't.

Tealogy had a great brand, a solid model, and big plans. But their Meta ads were quietly failing — reaching the wrong people, wasting budget, and pulling in leads from people with no real intention of investing. Their expansion plans were stuck.

Weekly performance reviews via Meta Business Suite — tracking cost per lead, click rates, and form completions. Kept tweaking creatives and audiences so results got better over time, not just stayed flat.
