Suto Cafe a fast-growing coffee franchise brand was struggling to get real results from their Facebook Ads, organic SEO, and other digital efforts. Their ad spend wasn't translating into serious franchise inquiries.

We came in, rebuilt their entire digital strategy from the ground up, and focused on one thing: reaching the right people entrepreneurs actively looking to open a café franchise in their city.

Built Intent-Focused Facebook Ad Campaigns
We dropped the old ads completely and built fresh campaigns from scratch. The new targeting focused on entrepreneurs and small business owners who were actively looking to invest. The ad creatives talked directly about the franchise opportunity. Campaigns were structured city by city to focus on markets where Suto Cafe could actually grow.

Targeted SEO for Franchise Keywords
We identified 22 high-intent franchise search terms mostly city-specific like "coffee franchise in Jaipur" or "café franchise in Ahmedabad" and built a structured SEO plan around them. On-page optimisation, content improvements, and technical fixes to get Suto Cafe ranking where it matters most.

Website Improvements for Better Conversion
We improved the website so it would work better for franchise investors. Cleaner layout, stronger messaging, and a clear path that takes a visitor from "I am interested" to "I have submitted my inquiry." When someone is thinking about a business investment, the website has to instantly build trust.

City-Level Targeting Going Where the Demand Is
Both the paid ads and the SEO were structured around specific cities and regions with real franchise demand. This meant every rupee of ad spend and every SEO effort was pointed at places where Suto Cafe could actually expand not wasted on broad, unfocused reach.
