POJ Furniture has 37+ retail stores across Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh. Strong brand offline. But when they came to IndiaInternets, their digital presence was not matching the size of their business at all.

Their Google Business Profiles were barely generating calls. Nobody was finding them through Google search. Franchise leads were slow. They needed a proper digital strategy that would both bring more customers into stores and attract serious franchise investors at the same time.

We built that strategy. The results are below.

POJ Furniture had 37+ physical stores and a solid product range. But online, they were hard to find. Their Google Business Profiles were not set up to bring in calls. Nobody was finding them on Google for furniture or franchise keywords. And there was no proper plan to drive footfalls into stores or get franchise leads from the internet.

Fixed All Google Business Profiles
We fully optimised every POJ Furniture location on Google Business Profile. Proper categories, service descriptions, photos, opening hours, and regular posts. This one change made a big difference in how often the stores showed up in local Google searches and Google Maps, which led directly to more calls and more footfalls.

Ran Google Ads for People Ready to Buy
We launched Google Ads targeting people already searching for furniture in specific cities. These were people ready to buy, not just browsing. Campaigns were built city by city to match the locations where POJ Furniture has stores and where new franchises are planned.

Built Strong SEO Across 5 States
We identified 90+ high-value keywords across furniture and franchise searches for every city in the POJ network. Full on-page SEO, technical improvements, and a content plan to get the site ranking on Page 1. The results show up clearly in the keyword table below.

Ran Facebook Ads to Drive Calls and Store Visits
We ran Facebook Ads targeted at people in cities near POJ stores. Ad creatives were built around the showroom, new arrivals, and the franchise opportunity. Goal was simple: get more people to call, visit, or fill out an inquiry form. Started in Odisha, then expanded across states.

Built Dedicated Franchise Lead Campaigns
Franchise leads need a very different approach compared to retail traffic. We built separate campaigns just for franchise investors. Messaging was built around the Rs. 15 Lakhs opportunity, the brand track record, and multi-state expansion. Odisha became the top performing market and got priority focus.

Weekly Reviews and Ongoing Improvements
Every week we checked the numbers across every channel: call volumes, lead counts, keyword positions, ad costs, and conversions. What worked got more budget. What did not got fixed. This regular optimisation kept results improving month after month.

The SEO work brought a lot more people to the POJ Furniture website. Monthly sessions grew from 5,244 to 33,000, a 529% increase. Organic leads went from 32-40 a month to 200-250 a month. All without any extra ad spend for that traffic.
